Zack Rothrock Builders partnered with the homeowners to give their home an exterior renovation. This project came about due to problems with existing stucco finish, a leaking basement, leading windows and drainage problems. After many exterior finish considerations, the owners decided on an oyster pearl oversized tumbled brick laid in porcelain colored mortar, new aluminum clad double hung windows, new exterior doors, vinyl clad exterior trim, new gutters and an enlarged deck. A new retaining wall system and driveway were added to correct drainage issues and provide a paved entry to the basement. New copper roofing was installed on the bay window and front door awning. The front porch received brick pavers and new iron railings. Landscaping completes this major renovation.
